so, after almost 10 min of learning about artificial river I learned nothing except how much it will cost. Where is the water for river, where will it begin, where will it end, how will they do it?

Where will they get the water from ??? It will never happen especially during a draught unless they can get it from the ocean period and take all the salt out of it.....
