There is no way in hell, by any version of hell that is believed in, that that property is in any condition for anyone to live in, let alone pay way more than what I pay for my place in the inner suburbs. That building needs to be condemned & the owners should be fined for even advertising it in the first place.

re: spreading the word - I currently have a locked guest wifi with your website as the name. I guess it's a good way to spread the word as renters come and hook themselves up with the internet!
I think real Estate Agents or Agencies need to be held legally accountable. The shear fact that they have a place like this one their books should be justification for fines or criminal liability.
Vic Properties has been around for years. They have always had a bad reputation and featured on some of the current affairs shows from time to time. They're sort of known for buying up cheap properties from desperate homeowners and selling them for over market prices to city buyers.. Basically avoid them!
So, firstly, why isn't the tenant cutting the grass as they should? Secondly, just because someone offers a property for lease doesn't mean anyone has to accept it. If you're prepared to squat in an abandoned property then you don't really care about conditions like this. It's only you who is setting your standards. It's a different story if these conditions manifest during their tenancy; in which case there are other questions to be asked of the tenant.
