Lots of reviewers seem to comment on the overbuilt strap(s). I don’t get it. When this pouch is packed out with all the heavy tech, those hearty straps are greatly appreciated. ☮️

Many reviewers say that the product was sent to them but their opinions will still be honest. I don't always believe that little disclaimer but I do with your reviews. I really appreciate that a great deal because I feel like I'm getting a true picture of the product. This pouch/sling is pretty cool but not for me. Your review, however, was informative, honest and helpful. Thanks!

Thank you. I appreciate you saying that. I really do try to be very honest in my reviews and shoot them the way I'd like to see them reviewed. When companies occasionally send me their products (I buy most bags) I tell them I won't review it if I hate it, but if I do review it, I will be honest and point out positives and negatives. I even told Alpaka some of the negatives IMO before I shot the review, and instead of asking me not to do the review then, they thanked me for feedback and said that they value the insight so they can improve their products. I'm impressed by that.

I’m had the Go Sling mini with the waterproof material for almost 2 years. I love this thing so much, but I crave just a tad bit of extra space… think I’m gonna get this one!!

Thanks for the review! I have been considering the Vertex for some time. Where is the wallet, pocket knife, flashlight, torch and chopsticks????

Wow - Really thorough review; the best one I’ve seen of this bag. I really appreciate that you show the pros and cons of it and especially your thoughts and alternatives of the sling. First time on your channel. Gonna check out more vids and likely sub. Thanks!

As an airsoft player i dont think Alpaka released what they started with this sling. Its perfect for carring 3 double stavk m4 mags, 6 pistol mags and a pistol easy with room for lights and extra BB loaders if it had some MOLLE on the outside it would be the absolute beast for airsoft games.
I do understand as Austrailian Devs of the product airsoft would not be a thing to come to mind as its illegal in Australia I believe.

Great review. I initially backed this on kickstarter then changed my mind. I love the design and organization of it but I agree that strap is not great, especially with the pad that doesn’t move.

Yeah but swapping out the strap is easy, so that's what I did.

Great review, I love all my Alpaka gear, they have one of the most balanced price/quality ratio in the market. Still thinking which of their medium slings would work for me but this video helps a lot. And a liitle question for you. You listed everything you showed in the video except for the water bottle which now has me intrigued. It looks really cool. Thanks and peace.

Thanks! The orange water bottle? It’s a Yeti.

Completely agree regarding price/quality along with design and innovation. They have a lot of items with varying design features. I’m very much enjoying their products. ☮️

Thank you for your review. Can you tell me the maximum length of the shoulder strap?

I think Alpaka copy the case opening that can fold half way to a stand from a Japanese Kokuyo brand, Kokuyo has this style of pen case call Haco Haco for many years. Alpaka just made Haco looks better 😂

Not sure if I missed it, but can we please see the backside? I haven't been able to see any pictures of the backside. Are the straps removable? Is there a pocket on the back?

    • @AfroMocha

The straps are removable. And the bank I believe just has a handle. The website shows all angles of the bag

The orange water bottle on the table? That's a Yeti. I think it's the 26 oz tumbler.

Wow. Harsh bro. I didn’t watch the Packhacker review before shooting this, but yeah they do great reviews.

I disagree. This review is unique and well done. Not sure what people expect when reviewers are reviewing the same items; how unique can they be? That said, thoroughness, details, great videography, and an honest review are markers of any well done review. I think he nailed it.
I also like Packhacker and appreciate all the work these reviewers do. ☮️
