1kg Boneless meat
1 small onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt as per taste
1/2 glass water
Marination:
1 tbsp chilli flakes
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
