    Tandoori tikka boti is a popular Pakistani and Indian dish. It consists of marinated chunks of boneless meat, flavored with yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, red chili powder, and other spices. The meat is then skewered onto metal rods and roasted in a tandoor oven until golden brown or also without oven. It’s a delicious and flavorful barbecue-style chicken that’s perfect for gatherings or as a main course. Serve it with sliced onions and lemon for an authentic experience! 😊

    𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝘁𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮 𝗘𝗶𝗱.
    𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁:
    Boneless beef : 500 gram
    Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
    Water : 2 cup
    Now cover it and cook it after the whistle for 20 minutes.
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲:
    Nestle MilkPak Yogurt : 3 tbsp
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Coriander powder : 1 tsp
    Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
    Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
    Chaat masala : 1/2 tsp
    Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
    Roasted fenugreek : 1 tbsp
    Oil : 1 tbsp
    Red chili crushed : 1/2 tsp
    Tandoori masala : 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
    Orange food color : a pinch
    Food color is optional
    Gram flour : 1 tbsp
    Cooked meat
    Now rest if in the fridge for 1 hour
    𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲:
    Coriander leaves, Fresh chili, Mint leaves and garlic cloves
    Nestle MilkPak Yogurt
    Black salt : 1/4 tsp
    𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 :
    Oil : 2 tbsp
    Fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes
