I did this when I was younger, one thing that you can do especially when nothing is happening in the scene is to make the characters move their hands, like Madie struggling, and Micah keeping his gun still.
A masterpiece. All of us stop motion makers are amateurs, just trying it out, but you are a professional. Everything looks so realistic and I didn't even notice the light flickering which is the biggest scare in stop motion. And you also chose a very interesting topic. I played the first part of RDR a few years ago and I played this second part earlier this year. Stop motion for the whole of RDR 2 would be a lifetime commitment, this scene is more than enough. I remember that scene, it was in the mountains and it was exactly how you shot it. Dutch felt guilty and did what he had to do and then left. And Robert de Niro really fits the role of Dutch. I also liked the slow motion shooting that I knew from the game. After Django, this video is the best I've seen directed by you. Great job :)
Good stop motion man this is really really smooth! I enjoyed this take on this mission You should definitely do a bit more from the game! You can recreate scenes not only from read dead but from many other places!
Amazing man, i want to do something like this one day but the limtoys figures are a pain in the ass to find at a good price, I’m just waiting for the John figure to come out. But this was brilliant I’d be really excited to see you do more red dead stuff like this.
If you think about how long it takes to take a picture, move the figurine, and take another, this can take up to weeks, this is some fine work man keep doing what your doing its great!
What a great job my friend. Excellent animation, and very good figures. Excellent settings and very good chroma management. I really applaud and my like for you, of course. At your command.
This is so good. Literally the same as in the game! I have just one quesito for if your responding to comments, where did you get the guns like the schofield? Or were they 3d printed?
Yeah, I’m just wondering how his feet float up in the air I do Stop Motion videos, but how do you like the step so realistic on the figures how to do that someone please tell me
Oh ok. I use a metal articulating arm that i run up the back of their shirts or belt. Then i edit the stand out using After Effects or Photoshop. Get used to using an arm to keep the figure supported in those awkward positions. Then move on to editing the arms out of the photos.
Dutch looks like he was swallowed by a grizzly and then cut his head off from the inside.
You gotta praise the effort
Haha!

@@lenses_onfigures3101 I'm a stop motion maker with Lego bricks. How is making stop motions with action figures? Hard?
@@il13esimoprime91 I find it easy with the 1/6 scale figures. Easy to grip things with your fingers since they are pretty large.
@@lenses_onfigures3101 ok thanks.
More like robots, you can animation
Seems like something robot chicken would do
