Nice video.
When making bread, always use gloves and a hair cover. After completing the production process, make it a habit to clean the equipment and production area. replace equipment including tables with stainless steel tables.

i am a european baker in 7th generation and i never saw a more filthy bakery in my life!, mold everywhere.
i would close this bakery in a heartbeat, clean it up and get some beardless bakers in there.
