It's my favourite tune too. For some reason, it always makes me think of Jack and the Pack from Thomas the Tank Engine. Whenever I listen to this music, it makes me imagine a scene of Jack the front-loader and Alfie the excavator whizzing back and forth loading rubble into Thomas's trucks. They seem to do that a lot in their episodes.
