I was the zombie that tagged your friend with the backwards hat. It was a lot of fun charging you guys nonstop from Pearl's mobile respawn as you waited for reinforcements! It's hard to tell whether you hit that noodle zombie or not, but I'm glad you took it in stride. Gotta keep a positive atmosphere in hvz :)
That's awesome, I'm glad it was just as fun on the zombie side! I'm certain that the zombie blocked the dart, and following the expression on his face like he paused and realized the dart hit the noodle instead of him just double confirms it to me :)
Haha, Thank you :p I'd say the rest of the people I was playing with did most of the work, but I did get lucky with some dodges, was fun to play some competitive nerf with people I hadn't met before though, hopefully more in the future!

That was the original plan, but I just wasn't a fan of it going that way, didn't have a segue that I liked after essentially dropping the climax of the video at the beginning.
Jangular, you did earn that final stand. Why? Because you're such a positive and polite person to have in the community, you upload great content, you made a real effort to be there, and in the Heat of the moment you had a civil conversation to clear up the confusion. You sir are a great community member, always polite and respectful, and you're just a great dude all round. So yeah, you earned that one buddy :)

Great visceral footage. The zombie that tagged you had his left hand up like he was tagged at the 5:49 mark, him tagging you should not of counted because of the confusion in the chaos. I know that this is an older video but wondered if you guys could of formed a line about 10-15 feet behind the low wall and if any zombie crossed that line, then they were to be tagged, not assumed. that would of been an obstacle for them. I thought the human group was too close to the wall. Best example would be that you don't want to be next to the landmines as the they are being crossed by the other side, you want to give enough breathing room to target the ones that breakthrough.
I always wanted to see a version of this but instead of objectives you just have to survive without getting bonked by a zombie, with small settlements and shops scattered across the campus that would get attacked by a hoard a bit
This kind of event is way to intense for me to go to. Unfortunately I think there is an zombie invasion happening close to my town and its at Rochester Institute of Technology in July. I am not sure if I want to go to this.

So when u get hit are you out of the game and how do you know whos out? Just looks like a group of people running around shooting toy guns loosing ammo outside lol
The game type we're playing is called Humans vs. Zombies, the majority of players start as humans, and get access to blasters to use to tag the zombie players. Zombie players are indicated by bandanas on their heads, and when they are tagged, they have a short respawn timer before they come back. Human players, indicated by bandanas on their arms, try to survive as long as they can, but if a zombie player tags them, they are turned to the zombie side, and may no longer use their blasters. So as the game progresses you see the human numbers dwindle and the zombie side grow to a horde that in most cases overwhelms the human players before they can complete their objectives to survive. Hope that gives some insight! :)

I wouldn't of left it so open I would have tried to bottle neck them then pick them off I generally stay to the border of the area and lead a party to a large crowd of humans
+Jangular I ended up epoxying a stampede stock to my stryfe so I can use 6 'D' batteries because I find them more reliable than LiPos... I don't want my gun to explode when I forget to discharge it one day, and also it sounds like a pain to do so.

Jangular signed my patch, knocked our team out of the pvp matches, and can bend space and time when he dodges darts ..... jangular is legit

Is there any way someone going to the event can voluntarily become an NPC or do you volunteer to be a human or zombie?
Graham Turner that would be something you would take up with the mods at the event. You could at the beginning choose to be zombie or human.
You can apply to be a moderator, they typically handled the NPC's, but you can also volunteer to start as a zombie player as well if you'd like.
This is easily the best camerawork on a mission so far. And what an exciting way to go out, Jangular. Very cinematic.
