I have a feeling there's too much ego and not enough self reflection. Yes at 0-0 there was definitely space and chances to score goals and our decision making in the final third was very poor, often playing the absurdly wrong pass. Can't do the simple things well and every game there's little or no improvement. And it's simple things like positioning your body in an effective place in the box which they often don't, or not coming to a standstill once we've won the ball, or not standing around the box like lemons ball watching when we should be making a mixture of small and large movements to create avenues for passes etc. We can't sustain concentration or play quick football which is worrying because they're two essential components of Angeball. I know it ain't easy being a footballer and going to St. James' Park, but it's so frustrating to see us start well and then the minute Newcastle have a bit of good play our heads drop. It's gutless football for the most part. Maybe life is too luxurious at Spurs for players who haven't truly earned it, dunno.
