Medal of Honor: Vanguard is a first-person shooter video game, the tenth installment in the Medal of Honor series. It was developed by EA Los Angeles and Budcat Creations and released for the PlayStation 2 and Wii.
Players take on the role of Cpl/Sgt. Frank Keegan, a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, and 17th Airborne Division fighting the Axis forces of Nazi Germany and the Kingdom of Italy.

I’ll never forget this game. One of the best memories as a kid ever. Vanguard is one of the best Medal of Honor games
I remember playing this and my late dad walked in the room and he was blown away by the graphics. He thought it was real / a movie. I loved this game and franchise but that memory of him being confused for a few moments lasts forever.

Medal of Honor Vanguard was my First Medal of Honor Game that I played on my PS2 when I was just 12 years old and I had a fun time playing this Medal of Honor Game. I will say Medal of Honor Vanguard is still an Amazing Medal of Honor Game!

I started new playthrough yesterday and beat it in like 3-4 hours. My dad got me this when I was a kid, did the same thing the day after I got it. He wasnt to happy I beat it so fast lol

So much nostalgia in this. It makes me want to buy a PS2 so that I can play the good ole MOH games, among other games. The quality of modern WW2 games, graphics wise, are superb, but the storyline (as well as attention to detail) is utterly crap (I'm talking to you "COD: WW2"!)

I just played these 2 games over the Christmas. Loved Finest Hour and currently stuck at the very end of this one. I think the only oldie one of these I have left to play is COD Big Red One.

Only one I never played, but an amazing game.
I didn't even know it existed. Rising Sun was the last one I played on the ps2 Gen. I played airborne but it wasn't memorable. They came out the same year. That's insane. I plan on playing this one soon. It looks impressive!

How the h you completed the whole game in 2 and half hours when thats how long its taking me in the last mission and I still haven't beaten it, the furthest I got is when the tanks turn up on my right and then the screen freezes, either my PS2 is overheating or so much is happening on screen it can't take it, Jim. But I will attempt it again tonight, I love this game so much in the year 2024 and I won't mind if my screen freezes again tonight and I have to try it again in 2025, I will beat it no matter how many tanks it throws at me.
Finished it last night 3-1-25 and it was one of my most proudest videogaming moments, I knew once I got that last tank there was no way they were going to throw another tank at me, they couldn't be that cruel. Amazingly the screen didn't freeze again at the end like the previous 5 times.

Yeah on pc with an emulator. You have to go in the settings and change the graphics to HD

@@momoqahtani6545 I don't think you'll be able to get it to look this good with an actual console. You could probably get a hdmi ps2 converter but I don't think it will look as good as an emulator

This Medal of Honour was pathetic. Your squad-mates couldn't damage the enemy unless they melee'd them. And in the Market Garden campaign there was an ending to the mission where you all stood round a killed comrade. The only problem? That was the first time the comrade got mentioned - there was no plot at all 1:26. The only good thing about it was the grenade animation as you got to cook the grenade yourself.
