I see others always use a corning ware dish between hot plate and beaker. Beakers eventually break and a catch basin would save your gold and a mess. Nice button!
I OFTEN WONDER HOW MANY CPU, RAM AND JUST EVERYDAY ALL AROUND COMPUTER BUILDER WATCH THESE VIDEOS? DO THEY DO WHAT WE DO? BECAUSE THEY HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF THIS GOLD COMPONENT STUFF!! NICE CONTENT BTW, THANK YOU.
@@ogbullion maybe it was a false negative, scrap yards get better yields, probably through the electrolysis way not to mention by the loader bucket full. Consider the price of a computer in 1990 and the how much precious metals went into them to make it, the manufacturers know exactly how much precious metals are in each laptop .
@@ogbullion can you add up 1 tower made in 1995 , all combined components connectors bond wires etching ect ect ? All precious metals in 1 tower? What the precious metals cost the manufacturer during production? Add the cost into the sales
So basically you're got around 125 euro's in gold, The processors if you sell them to a pc recycler would get you around 80 euro's. So +- 45 euros profit (without the cost of the acid off course)
nice video mate and congrats on your subscribers..they are going through the roof. well done👍👍
Thank you I appreciate! 👍👍🙂

Curious to know why nitric was used to remove tin instead of HCl?
I did not want two acids to form aqua regia in the dissolution of the base metals
@@ogbullion Thanks for the reply OG!
