This is incredibly unhelpful. Not only will none of the buttons work while unplugged, my model of microwave (which is incredibly popular) does not have an obvious beep/volume button or setting. Also nothing in the user manual about muting the microwave’s beeping.
Hey Blaze - Try this Press and hold either the "1" or "0" button for about 3-5 seconds until you hear a long beep, indicating that you've entered the sound customization mode. Press the "1" or "0" button again to cycle through the volume options until you reach "Off" or "Mute." Wait for a few seconds without pressing any buttons, and the microwave should save your new setting.
So🤔 unplug it? Then go through the settings? The one you try this on have a battery backup cause every microwave I've ever used has to be plugged in. Dip 💩 🤦
Your first instruction is to unplug the microwave. The control panel no longer works. This would not be so annoying except that the thumbnail is a picture of my microwave. But it does not Beep either!
Yeah that was not helpful. For my Hamilton Beach microwave I pushed the “options” button, then the number 5 button where it gave option “on” press 1, for “off” option press 2. You do not have to hold the button. Small every day victory!
What do you mean unplug it when you unplug it you can't push the buttons any longer
I have a p100n30ap-s3b1. There is no "sound" or "beep" button. Pressing the Stop/Cancel button locks the control panel.
Same
I'm sorry this is not helpful and I see why it has so many views vs like
