Thank you for taking your time and making these informative capsules. Many of these pieces arrive without instructions. I ask him what happens if we use normal and closed. I ask what happens if we use normal closed proximity switch.
Sir, can you please explain with schematic diagram and components used in electromagnetic accelerator using this sensor which rebel the ball bearing away when it reaches near the inductive coil from it. I needed this for my science project in my college. Please...
Yes, they can, and I will probably make a video on this. As long as the proximity switch is NC type, the switch can be connected in series. As long as the switch is getting power to enable the sensor, the output signal works very much the same as a typical mechanical switch.
sooooo what happens to the pokeys57 inputs running 5v logic when your prox switch is inactive and you pushing 24v into it?? im hesitant to try as i dont wanna blow up the board.
I didn't make that clear in the video. You would need to use a 5v proximity switch. We have those in stock and will be adding them to that page. Thanks for pointing this out.
@@PatrickHoodDaniel. I don’t see the 5v proximity switches on your site. I guess I need to buy a level shifting optocoupler to reduce the voltage from switch down to 5v?

thankyou great video sorted my problem on my printer switch was too far away from, the metal

Need more explaination when having mutiple proximity on each end . Can they be connected in series

@@PatrickHoodDaniel can photoelectric sensor be it used for CNC machine. Br100-ddt sensor .I have some in the factory remove from a scrap machine
What about using aluminium as the trigger metal?❤
Well explained
Thanks
Thnx for thé vidio pro it is useful
Thanks!
How to connect Proximity Switch to a EIHONG NK280 with I/O EX9A4 Relay board
Can I use two inductive proximity sensor with the 24 volt power supply
Absolutely! You can use many. The proximity sensor does not draw much current.
Great

How does NC work, show it
Can you elaborate on your question a little?
Was this NPN or PNP sensor ?
This one was probably NPN.
