Ferry is my hero because he plays a lot of instrumental tracks still. Too many trance producers rely on cheesy vocals and it ruins it for me. (He made it work on Blueprint though.) It's amazing how fresh these really old EON/System F tracks sound.
Could not agree more with your comment. Vocals don't belong in Trance. I wonder if Prague knows how lucky they were to get this EPIC set of Ferry??? I'm 55 and this is the closest to an eargasm you can get from a Trance producer. I listen to this set every few days since it was uploaded. From right after "Cry," onward, to the end. Ending with Out of the Blue was like if I never heard another Trance track in my life; what a way to end it. And watching the love and appreciation Ferry Corsten has for his fans @ 1:00:48 chokes me up and makes everything right in the world. Props to the uploader! PS, what a magical light show at Transmission. Absolute best I have ever seen!!
