My previous role as Talent Acquisition Manager for local market, but I failed to propose an appropriate strategic strategy. I did define our challenges also the biggest one, but I used the very wrong approaches and as the result did not achieve the efficient goals. I was very struggling last year since I did not receive any instructive feedbacks but blaming all the time. Now I figure myself structurally and thanks to you. Some interesting points there. However, what you are describing is not a talent acquisition strategy. This is at most a talent sourcing strategy.
