The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to us: When one of you becomes angry while standing, he should sit down. If the anger leaves him, well and good; otherwise he should lie down. 4. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 Before sleeping, forgive all those who have wronged you and say that you will not disobey Allah even though they have disobeyed Allah in the way they have treated me. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No one of you shall become a true believer until he desires for his brother what he desires for himself". Forgive others so that Allah forgives you on the Day of Judgement.
