Salaamu alaikum This is a sign of Iman when a believer reflects before he speaks and he knows the position in which he's standing and he knows the people who came before him the status and positions they held regarding the topic. For the trained listener, one can easily see why the topic is so heavy of a burden to carry. Calling to Allah's deen is not easy when the true believer is constantly reflecting back to whether he or she is practicing what they preach and that in itself is a very heavy burden to carry. Abdur Rahman Hassan is among the top students of today calling to the path of Allah and his Messenger , He works tirelessly to put out beneficial material and busy the people with knowledge based lectures and books. Rarely, do we find a student today work so diligently to publish online material to educate the laypeople as well as students of knowledge. For those of us, who are paying attention to the current students its clear who is ascending at this moment and who's descending. I admire him from the young men of his generation and I ask Allah to continue to bless his (dawah) work and keep him sincere upon this path.
AIARA Wallahi this is so true, may Allah preserve our noble ustadh reward him immensely. He is one of the strongest students of knowledge here walahi I don’t know anyone on his level, he doesn’t get tired books after books, lessons after lessons and his still going on.. the love his has for knowledge Subhān’Allāh it just amazes me I love him for the sake of Allah, and I’ve met him few times walahi walahi his character face to face is sooo humble and so shy ! His manners will blow you away! May Allah make us sincere and truthful to him and allow us to serve him.
I watched this more 10 times. SubhanAllah. Everytime when I lose hope and feeling give up this khubah made me feeling better. JazakAllah khair. For talking about this topic and for showed your emotion it comforting me that everyone tried hard , steadfast, striving themselves for passing through this dunya in their own way.. May Allah increase you everything you need Ustadh.
Asalaamalaikum wa rahmatullah wa barkatahu. There is a 1 minute clip of this video on Facebook. Can it be uploaded to UA-cam I would like to send it to some brothers
Was this correct to do just end it like that, the awwaam are going to watch this video and will probably say if Ustadh can't be steadfast how are we and get demotivated allahu'alaam
Not necessarily, it allows you to reflect on how if a person who devotes their entire life for this deen feels they are not steadfast enough then where does that leave us the common folk or the laymen.... If we know we do not put as much effort as them then we should not think so highly of ourselves. This in a way is suppose to wake us up and have us reflect on how we can be better to be steadfast.
