Apart from this, she is also associated with educating, motivating, guiding and inspiring UPSC aspirants through mock interviews. She has Authored 3 books on UPSC preparation. Associated with many NGOs and social organizations is Speaker, writer and a thinker.

You are doing great in this role. Doesn’t matter whether you appeared civil services exam or not. What you might think about the lost opportunity is the process which you would have gone through and that experience would have helped you in many different ways. Does not mean that you didn’t get that experience as part of the process to get to this anchor role. You are doing an absolutely stellar job.

I dropped the idea of applying to government exams. Needlessly paying money for exam fees and travelling far distances just to know that, in the slim chance offered as opportunity, the ultimate result was a failure from all sides inspite of multiple efforts. I hope someday something would stabilize the current inequality and biases. Humble prayers to all those faced a similar fate and those who claimed their lives for a failure due to the failure in the system.
I understand your frustration and disappointment with the current state of government exams and the associated costs and challenges. While there may be some biases and inequalities in the system, it is important to note that government exams are a critical component of the selection process for public sector jobs and services.
According to data from the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the number of candidates appearing for the civil services examination has been steadily increasing over the years. In 2020, over 10 lakh candidates applied for the exam, which is a significant increase from previous years.
It is true that the selection process for government exams can be rigorous and challenging, and the success rate may be low. However, it is important to note that the selection process is designed to identify the most qualified and capable candidates for the job, and to ensure a fair and transparent process.
That being said, there are efforts being made to address biases and inequalities in the system. For instance, the government has implemented measures such as reservations for certain categories of candidates and the use of technology to prevent malpractice and ensure transparency in the selection process.
In conclusion, while it is understandable that the cost and challenges associated with government exams can be discouraging, it is important to keep in mind that they are a critical component of the selection process for public sector jobs and services. It is also important to acknowledge that efforts are being made to address biases and inequalities in the system, and to continue to push for further reforms and improvements.
@@upsc_wj If this is the sample of questions asked in the Interviews then it borders on almost ridiculous-- just repeating what's been learnt by rote & repeated practice. Doesn't explore the competencies, attributes & many other things that an individual is needed to bring to the job. Plus this showcases an outdated method of interviewing .

Smt. Tanu Jain conceals many facts. For example she was a dentist and not an MBBS doctor. She was not an I.A.S. officer at all. She belonged to Armed Forces Headquarters Civil Services (AFHQ CS). She joined her service in the position of a Section officer. She couldn't have become an S.D.M or D.M. which is the preserve of I.A.S. officer. Armed Forces Headquarters Civil Services is not very reputed job when compared to I.A.S. or Indian Foreign Service or Indian Revenue Service. AFHQ CS is a group B service and not very coveted. Most probably she left her job because she found coaching a better business. With all humility at my command I would like to say that it was a commercial decision. Real teaching takes place in Universities.
Her voice her tone her laugh just wow so humble love the behaviour and atitude to talk very beautifull full edisode was epic 🎉🎉❤
