We headed back to our land on Wednesday and Thursday this week to get the pig pens started and also attend the local fiesta. Got invited to sit at the VIP's table and also present the sash at the local pageant. Had a few drinks and stayed over at Trio's lake resort again. @@pauls3585 Haha if you are referring to the Miss gay 2024 pageant mate then yes. It was part of the fiesta on the night we happened to attend so I got roped in to presenting the sash to the winner. Maybe next time you're here we can get you a similar role lol 🦘✌️

@@-Scotty Hi Scotty, hope you and fam are well also mate. No our well is going to be functional but I have a small solar panel and 12v water pump to install but very basic here on our land mate. Trying not to spend too much money as you see. All the woods being used on the pig pen were cut from our land, even the milled 4x2 and 2x2 came from our trees to keep costs down. 🦘✌️

@@jamiefisk67 Cheers Jamie, yes a huge transformation since I arrived here actually. It was just the walls when I first came, no roof, windows, verandah, nothing. They were sleeping in the small bamboo hut next to the house so it's come a long way now. ✌️

I actually do own any buildings I errect on our land. The land is Conjugal property and will be left to our 2 sons. Not likely but if my wife passed before me I would inherit the land anyway. You need to do some research and also watch more vlogs about successful relationships here. There are millions of Filipinas here who are not materialistic. My wife being one of them. Thanks for your opinion mate 😂😂😂

Hi am a Filipino and a new subscriber. Have an advice to both of you lovely couple we wish your success here in the Philippines. To you sir a seemingly good guy hope that before settling here in the Philippines and have your lovely partner, you had done your research about the place, the people, values, cultures and our traditions. You surely did a background check on your partner, their family and relatives and unde4stands the general cultures of Filipinos rspecially when it comes to family. You must have some big adjustments because Austrian cultures amd traditions a having big difference compared with the wests. You can meet in between but must have some limits so that there will be a clear communications and understandings and have a happy rekationships.
To your lovely Filipina I do hope that you we unde4stand the west cuktures of being independent especially on financial mstters. One thing that i always see in many expats stoties especially on financial matters is their allegations that They support not only the women but the whole family and they become broke and separated with rantings of they were scammed. It hurts to see snd heard those things and it is a big insult to us as Filipinos when called as scammers.
