    I have a NVR kit from Netword Video Recorder and would like to know how to solve the following problem: 4 cameras are presenting IP conflict and in the system menu there is no information on how to update the system or the NVR.

      Hello Ademar
      Pls try the following:
      If all the 4 camera's have the same ip address connect one camera only and try to reach camera edit and change it to a new ip ex: 192.168.1.10
      Make it 192.168.1.19 and save changes & so on.
      Also make sure ip adrress of the NVR has the same ip address range of cameras
      Ex: 192.168. range .1
      Anther method
      Connect camera directly to the pc and create a new ip for each cam matching NVR ip address range

      @@ademarsilva306 find firmware version detail on your nvr at info page and double check if newer firmware version is available on web its easy to download and extract on flash drive then plug it into your nvr and update firmware from maintain page

      It should work and record normally with consideration of HDD capacity and number of days has been recorded

    I changed my router and now I can’t see anything on my phone app. Only the nvr works. It is connected to internet. How do I reset to factory settings? I’ve already tried simple reboot. I can’t stand the customer service.

      Hello Jorge
      1 Pls make sure the network cable is connected correctly
      2 Go to network settings page and note or picture the IP settings of this page you may need it later in case of cams are not showing any more! due to change of ip address.
      3 at the same page activate the (DHCP) and make sure to save the setting
      4 Restart the NVR and wait few minutes then try viewing on the app.

    It did not work for me i am using NVR and for mobile app i am using IP pro. Please suggest another method as per when i click the right mouse button after it appearing wrong password nothing happens. I clicked right button 20 to 30 times

    In order to record and have volume what do you need to do that

      Hi Robert, as usual for most of NVR'S it should start recording automatically after powering it of course with healthy HDD also the same for audio if your cams has a (built-in microphone)
      If so and still having recording problem pls reset the NVR to factory default and all settings should work fine and activating audio record from incode setting is must.

    Didn’t work gave me 4 trys and then locked it up for 9 mins

      Its normal to be locked pls restart nvr then try again but before make sure you have the same type of Nvr and application as shown in the video
