@@hybridresistance I usually focus on just a few moves such as jogging, jumping jacks, high intensity interval sprints, light health bouncing, basic bouncing with arm movement.... All while watching a Netflix movie or listening to music with my disco lights 🤣. OR I follow the UA-cam channel I Jump Instead and do one of their workouts! They have amazing programing all for rebounding and use the cellersizer themselves. I love watching David Halls testimonials on UA-cam he puts out often
I bought a cellerciser that cost $599.99. I am watching you jump andI called David Hall and told him I did not think it had to much bounce. You have the small cellerciser and bounces very well. I finally sent it back. I now have a compressed vertebrae and need treatments.
you will need to maintain the cellerciser to, I have had mine since 2019 and been through 6 springs and a bullhorn, my wife does basic health bounce while watching tv and the springs fatigue and snap, I even used high temp grease to help keep the heat off the spring ends rather than 3 in 1 oil but made no difference, (both of us are well under the weight limit of 300 pounds) and when you ask for new ones you will go through a big song and dance before they send them out. Last time it took over a month to get them to send them out, Mostly Dave blaming you for the springs breaking that you are using the equipment wrong or doing jumping jacks and landing on the springs, when I highlighted I have followed his videos and routines to the letter, he goes silent. The last one broke on Thursday last week and my wife was doing the health bounce, so oiling and cleaning the gunk that accumulates on the springs is needed. Using a power washer gets it clean. It is a great rebounder but the, no maintenance and lasts a lifetime is not true. It has a lifetime guarantee, but when a few springs go, you need to buy them and pay postage. $4.50 each last time I checked.
These things were popular in the nineties & you could buy them for $50.00. The problem was springs breaking. It seems that 1000 percent price increase has not solved the problem.
@@mikrobspen Sad to hear that it has not improved since the 90s, Dave says in his videos that they started back then, and had slightly different springs, now they are tridaptable, and some sites say carbon and coated with chrome alloy to disperse heat, Dave says they are ionised steel and chrome plated, I have a collection of the broken springs that have cracked at various points, All look like honeycomb in the centre of them. I am in the process of buying a bellicon waiting for it to be delivered, it is just too much hassle trying to get springs from Dave, he does not have a spares page even though every other manufacturer does, as this would go against his marketing of one piece of equipment for life! First thing he does is blames you for using the equipment incorrectly then tells you no jumping jacks, and no high jumping on it.
I had one years ago when they were around 300 now its over 500.. Don't think its worth it at this point but just curious if you or anyone else on here has compared the Cellerciser to the Fit Bounce Pro
I bought a cheap one first to see if I'd actually use it during the pandemic and I lived it so much I bought the cellerciser and love it! I love it more than cheap version because I can "sprint" on it because it's more firm. I try to do an 1.5hr daily which varies between 7-8miles according to my steps (Apple Watch). I feel exhausted afterwards yet amazing! Definitely notice when I'm not using it regularly. Such a quick way of toning up too! Rebounding is overrated!! You are jumping too high btw 🤣😂🤣😂
To me, this machine offers a very good low intensity workout. However, it's challenging to get the heart rate up but find intervals jumping up and down with high knees does the job. Also, wonder if twisting the upper and lower body in opposite directions is safe? (trunk rotation with arms going back while hips go forward).
It's one of those things that when it's set up I use it. We used to have it up on our main floor in our house and myself along with the kids would always just be messing with it. My wife wanted eventually out of that space. I'll actually probably set up in my basement space again. But I'll look into it again
Ive been using the cellersizer for about 7 years now!! I jump every day!! Most days 30-45 min. Im 46 years old and have 100% bone density.
That's great to hear Sherri. Do you do anything special or specific routine you follow with your workout?

@sherridevries9144 did you join I jump instead's subscription? I am wondering if it is worth it

Cellerciser is the best ..u don’t need to jump high…..love mine I’ve had mine for two yrs.
Most people I hear from have had there's working for many years. I agree, I don't believe these machine is meant for high jumping
This is the best review on the Cellerciser. Thanks.
Appreciate it.
You're kind of selling me on this too. You look like you're having so much fun on it!

@@primocarerra2852 You are a Bellicon troll. I doubt you broke 6 springs on the Cellerciser.
Yup. Troll.
So i didn’t have a DVD player, i wish they offer those videos online on how to better use it. Great video
That is true. Hopefully they do that in the future. Thanks for watching.
Great video, I do have a cellerciser and really like it, but have not been using it lately, I just needed some motivation to use it again.
It's one of those machines that can easily be out of site, out of mind.
u should review the Leaps & Rebounds trampoline

You definitely got me beat on the workout time with the cellerciser!
Wow 1.5 hrs rebounding! Dave Hall would say that's quite a lot 🙂

Good points. Not the best for getting the heart rate up, but a fun and different way to move (wake up) your body.
It's been three years...please post another video about the rebounder. Are you using it at all?

Thanks for sharing. How many inches is the jump area 9n this trampoline?
I would say the actual jumping area is 26 and half is what I'm measuring.
What were the dimensions of the box it came in if u remember? Thank u
I'm sorry, I don't know those dimensions.
@@hybridresistance that's okay thank u so much for reply
How do you fold?
Flip upside down, collapse the legs, then it folds in half
I wonder how quality is if spend around $100.
It’s not “cell-u-ciser” it’s “cell-er-ciser” lol
Built to last😂 mine lasted a year… now I am touching the floor all the time, expensive, bad quality rebounder, massive disappointment
Really sorry to hear that. Have you reached out and heard anything back from the company?
What's with all the bellicon trolls on this page? Lol
