If I own a Class A one day and get an inspection like this done, i'll be sure to sneak a $100 bill behind a cabinet to see if the inspector checked! 😂 Thank you for taking the time to bring us along for the ride on this inspection. Very good job!
This was great, thank you for taking on the extra work of filming while inspecting. Educational, informative, and enjoyable. Love your perspective on things, and the excellence of your work.
I enjoy watching your videos, there's always something for me to learn. We recently bought a 2010 Tiffin from a private party. We tested the dash A/C as you did, but never thought to try the dash heating functions. We should have, not long after buying the coach we realized the dash heat did not work. I discovered that the heater core insky and outsky were taped off and the hoses were coupled together! Nothing has yet been done to fix it, and I'm not looking forward to that expense....
I was late to see this posted but what a great learning experience. I can't afford a Tiffin but, I'll use all of your vid to help when I look to buy. Of course, I'll get a certified inspector to check it out too. Thank you James.
Thank you! About to go check out a 2018 used Grand Design RV this weekend and I scribbled down a ton of notes of what to be looking out for! Also appreciated your roof inspection video as well! :)
James, thanks for the video! I have not seen a full inspection as you have done or at least not that many. Hopefully teaches someone what to look for when shopping for an RV. I Didn't know about set screws on the AC knobs, mine are loose, so now I know how to fix them. I have an '05 Tiffin that has been a great coach with minor issues (Knock on wood) as of my two years of ownership. Thanks again, always look forward to your vids.
Ha ha! Great minds think alike. And thanks to you, sir. I watched your video on the, door latch. On my Monaco. And I thought to myself...... if that happens to me? It might be good? To leave my driver window unlocked. Great minds, think alike. Thank you sir. Thank you. Your knowledge, your information is very helpful. Now that is not saying. I can get into the coach from my driver window? But it might be more accessible? With some scrapes, bruises, conclusions. But better than breaking a window. On a 22-year-old motorhome. Thank you. I would like to stop off at Arizona where you are. Pay you for some services and take you to lunch. I am so grateful for your help. And it was because of you. And Liz Amazing. Then I purchased this 22-year-old Monaco, short, 34 PST diesel pusher. As it's just great for a single person. For lovely, living accommodations, full time. It's just lovely, within. And lovely on the outside. Precisely, exactly, what I wanted. What I would have picked out, new. And with only 65,100 miles on the odometer. So it's only just broken in. And no leaks thus far. Owned, previously by 2 pairs, of elderly, retirees. Who took baby care of it. It's been absolutely, babied. And I can hardly believe my good fortune. Everything is like new. Everything is 100% stock. I'm just amazed. Not a single hole in any wall. Didn't they put any pictures up I wondered? Obviously not. It's beautiful blond colored, natural stained wood. That reflects light. It's bright and beautiful. And the grain of the wood is lovely to look at. I'm so glad it is not painted white. It's immaculate. Like from the factory. Much better does not exist. Nothing needs to be better. I have already greatly upgraded the entertainment systems. To my personal liking. The bedroom is now a, 65 inch LCD Display. As Wide As the Queen Bed. The coach now has a 46 and 40 inch monitors. And JBL 4311 and KRK, V6, Sony & FOSTEX, monitor speakers throughout. And so I have you to thank for making my decision more intelligent. As I pull away for the first time, tomorrow. I haven't even taken on a test drive. I didn't need to. The old men. Drove to and from his home 10 miles away twice. He brought it over the first day. For me to check out. And went back home with it. I told him I would purchase it. He drove back to my place a second time. He did the test drive, for me. So I didn't have to. I figured if he's 88. I should have no problem at 69. I reckon. And since I have driven large vehicles for decades in the past. Even though it's been a few years. I think I will be like a duck. Without a quack, in the world. To worry about. Except at a service center. When that day comes. And that will be tomorrow. If it doesn't make it up the road, 200-400 miles? Then I shall be camping at a service center. TFN. I hope it gets me into southeast California. Or thereabouts. At the tri-state border of Arizona and Nevada. Where I shall check into an RV park for some months, to come. To recalibrate myself. In the beginning of my new life of retirement. And whatever else comes with that? S. I need to pick up some additional income, yet again. I was going to have some savings. Savings is already gone, decimated and thoroughly stolen. I barely had enough for this 22-year-old used motor home. Of what had been stolen. And trying to recover for the past five years. And now I am leaving tomorrow or Wednesday. To leave, horrible awful, disgusting, Nazi riddled, Texas and Texans, forever! I hate these Texans. I hate them with a passion. They are scumbags all. Not a viable decent human being amongst them. They are no joke. But he is. Even though he's not funny. He's dangerous. To the health and well-being of our USA American Democracy. He's going to go bye-bye. In the end. The corrupt and extremist, Supreme Court Injustices. Just gave Joey the power. To blow Donnie's brains out. In an official act as president of the USA. To protect us from a Dictator. And will not be indicted for anything. As it will have been an official act of our POTUS. And so that must happen. It has, to happen. Numerous folks try to take out, Adolf Hitler a couple of times. Unsuccessfully. But they tried. We have to also. We were to add one try. And if at first you don't succeed? He must be Tried, again. One way or the other. Behind bars or behind a coffin. He will go to a 757 and leave. He will leave for good. For the good of all men and women kind. He will be evicted. He will be extradited. He will be vanquished, from the USA. He will be Exiled. James, Thank you so much for the inspection video. I learned some things that I will look for next time I try to buy one! BTW I watched the whole thing standard speed! You could have left out the balmy 80 degrees comment! Respectfully, Kevin
@@AZExpert You know, there are RV dealers up North! I’m pretty sure they could use highly qualified techs in the summer when the temps are 80.😈. Thanks again for the inspection!

I have a quick question how do you get the fog out of the windows when they're double pain windows do you have to take them out how do you do it or sweat in between the two glass
The only real way it to remove the window, take it apart, separate the glass panes and rebuild using a special 3M glaze with built-in desiccant and then re-build the window and install. There are usually companies that specialize in this.

They have after hours guys at Tiffin who will make cabinets for you using original stuff. Do a great job.
