Examining Climate Data: A Rational Approach to the Climate Crisis Debate
As an engineer, I trust in the power of data to reveal truths about our world. In the debate over whether we face a climate crisis, I’ve turned to the most reliable source we have: temperature records. By downloading and analyzing global temperature data, we allow the facts to speak for themselves.
I have extensive experience in programming for the Windows platform, and I don't profess to be an expert in climate science. My contribution is simply to present the data through a series of graphs, allowing individuals to draw their own conclusions.
The link from my GitHub Wiki Page details my methodology and grants access to all the associated code. The Wiki page provides C++ class descriptions, instructions for downloading the USHCN data, a procedure for using the code, and numerous chart images to examine the data.
