My partners @dewaltv sent me this DeWalt Line Laser to use for pouring concrete floors. I used it for the first time pouring this floor inside a new warehouse.
We had to match one area of the old concrete floor and make sure the new floor was level with this area. The Line laser made doing this very easy. One reason I liked the laser level was because of the high visibility laser line, it made it very easy to see.
Another reason I liked it was because of how easy it was to mount, either on the tripod or using the magnetic mount. It was also self-leveling so no manual adjustments, just set it somewhat level and it levels itself.
I used the included receiver on a grade stick to check my levels as we were pouring the new concrete floor. This made pouring the concrete very accurate as we could check the concrete as we were moving from one area to another.
I highly recommend this DeWalt Line Level Laser if you need to pour concrete and have a way to check your levelness.

I just use the laser and a upside down drywall square. Cheap fast and accurate.only do self leveling for flooring. I am going to order a receiver though.

Hi mike sir, I have a 2 questions related to other videos sir. I have a basment that has wood floor over clay.I want to remove this and add concrete.Theres is a 1 1/2 pvc pipe run to sump pump under floor to sump about 6 -8 feet .How do i safely pour concrete over this. Or do i need to encase it it larger pvc or how exactly. And the concrete will go up to the footer. Do i need expainson joint a against the footer? if it doesnt touch the cinder block above sir?
