I found a really easy way to make this 5 times more powerful. When you finish making it put a regular toothpic through the rubberband thats keeping the spoon and firing stick *at the bottom* together and it shoots further. :)

@Sierra S It should be able to shoot 7 meters if the object is not to light or to heavy ( a coin should be perfect) and if it's not powerful enough experiment with other rubber band and make them tighter.

I love this. I tried "How to make a catapult out of paper" by Josh Builds, but it was terrible! Finally I can make an authentic, catapult. You are good at this.
P.S. I don't have a hot glue gun, so I used Elmer's Glue instead and it worked fine, it just made it a multi-day project.
