I'm glad to see that you follow the recommendations for canning. I have 3 books from your library in my own. I do agree that NCFHFP website is great, but I do love a paperbook so I can make notes in the margins. Thanks for this good video.

I just received that very book last week! I agree, it's a fabulous book. Two days ago I pressure canned for the 1st time. 🎉😊
