Martinelli was all our danger. Sure he missed the shot but other than that he was great. I will not a blame a left winger for not defending a header 7 meters from goal just because he was close. We have 7 outfield players that should be closer to it than him. Martinelli was all our danger and our best player.

Robbie, it’s not Artetas first season in Europe, he’s flopped in the past two years and he showed that he doesn’t have the tactical knowledge to cope with this level, he has flopped in April in the last 3 years….that is not learning or improving. The football that this side is playing is slow and lacking penetration…it is not entertaining it’s boring! Also none of our forwards look to attack the opposition defenders…. It looks as if their natural instinct has been coached out of them!
That's also because he haven't invested in forwards that can create something out of nothing.
Look for example vini junior , mbappe , sane , Coman all these players have pace and power to get past the first defender to create.

Because when they did play freely we finished 8th on 75 pointe or less , within this system we are about to hit 75 + point for the second season in a row whilst having excellent scoring numbers what we lack is a clinical striker how many times the ball shoots across the box and the 9 isn't in the center to tap it in is ridiculous. Most strikers get called tap in merchants because it's all about positioning arsenal score beautiful goals but never easy ones.

Ok I respectfully do not agree with the overall. And here is why :
The best of the backline is Tommy as he really had a game to remember against Sane who gave us issues in the first leg. He deserves 6 at most also, as he still looked all over the place at some moments. And also in the first half the ball went over his head to Sane and it was a difficult chance for Bayern.
Gabi in defense was so shaky and he was not only sloppy at moments , that shows character and confidence at this stage of the champions league which makes the difference and that is why everyone is speaking about inexperience in our team. Given the standard that Gabi has shown to us throughout the season he should be the powerhouse from the back that gives us the extra confidence. Not only this , football is emotions and with his performance all year long in the back and upfront he sort of asserted us (the fans) with certain standard (not that we want him to score all the games) but we would expect from him to do better but he was shaky and looked unsure.
So at best 4.
Another player who lacked also this confidence is Martinelle who obviously the experience got into him against Kimmich (the player of the match) who is class player.
Again he doesn’t deserve more than 4.
Other than that Saka and the other players were on their average performance and it was up to a new tactic to take us along way.
We lost it in the first leg in my opinion with Saka not finishing that last ball, and ofc lacking a prolific left back.

You lost this in London. Win that 2-0, 3-1, whatever, THEN you go to Munich; lose 1-0, no shame in that, and you are through. Delusional to think you can go to Munich, inexperienced in the UCL, and beat Bayern.
The straight forward and simple fact that seems to be going over everybody's head is that both Saka and Martinelli are not on form at this moment in time, and often when you're in that rut of poor form, the harder you work to get out of it, the worse it seems to get.
Form is one element you can't control by will or just turn on like a switch and neither can you determine it's duration, only aid it by being in your best physical and mental conditions of preparedness in order to best maximise it.
When both are on it, nobody is complaining about them being in the team, with the polar opposite ringing true in how waxing lyrical about them has been the order of the day.

Ye Jorginho was clearly our standout player, he was the only player who is adapted to this game pace. Rice, Odegaard, Saka and Martinelli all look rushed when they get that half a second less at the top level

Very good ratings Raya was shocking on the save to his left and also went walkabout when Gabby made the back pass that nearly went in,Saliba was excellent on both games Tommy played very well,Jorginho you gave too higher a mark gave the ball away a few times early and clearly is not physically up to this high level in both games.Later on from the 2nd half onward we were clearly out played physically and I noticed that the other german team the other night finished really strongly as well.

Maybe this match was lost 4-5 games before. Or even when the transfer season closed. Saka, Odegard, Martinelli, Rice, White have been over played/over used. Bayern rested most of the team over the weekend and STILL could only manage a 1 goal win. Its the "second team or the bench that was not strong enough".
Martinelli has not been overplayed 😂he's barely played 2000 minutes all season. He's just been crap. Agree with the other ones though.

Saka should be our scoring leader and we are still waiting for him to score a hat trick let alone get a brace. I’m worried Saka is taking the Rashford path of just being comfortable of being at the level he is at and not pushing to become great. The same could be said from Odegaard and Martinelli but the expectations are higher with Saka. We need to get Saka some backup/competition on the right wing in the summer to help him grow. I’ll also gladly give away Jesus, Nketiah and Zinchenko to Newcastle to get Isak.
I have to be honest you don’t make enough rotations through the season and players hit burn out at the end of the season it’s happened two seasons in a row so you either need to clear out some players and bring in better back ups or trust the back ups you have. Saka Rice White Odeguard all look tired look at Rodri he missed games from suspensions and even asked for a rest vs Luton Pep rotates his teams and that why they finish strong
And Rodri still looked ofc the pace against madrid… still tired, then you have Arsenal players they looked drained mentally and physically
