As I started and continue listening to this one. It started of feeling light on my left shoulder. After the shaking in my body. It feels like I'm a new born baby. That's how I recovered. Ya Allah. This one is strong. I get involuntary body movements. Also, keep in mind that if you have too much blockage, it will get worse before getting better. The worst person to put curse sometimes can be you. So knowing yourself is very important. I am having headache, upper back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain since a month. At night sometimes i felt somebody touches my leg, one time felt jerk at heart, one time while praying namaz i felt i heard someone's footstep. I never ever had felt such sort of burden on my shoulder and upper back pain and headache.I feel too much tiredness due to that burden on my shoulder. I am a woman. Please guide me. I consulted doctor also. My blood report mention i am vitamin D deficient.
