It's not that dangerous it's just come from pilot error, well maybe it could like the tu-154. But the only Russian plane that hadn't crash was the ilyushin il-96.

Also, lets dont forget that russians have concept of their new airliner - MS 21, that will go into serial production in next year. Also, how do you think SSJ 100 got all safety certificates if it's flying "garbage", as some people say?
