Good Morning Olga! Just saw the video! I love it!! One question- I've noticed that you didn't talk through the video. Is there a reason why? I am new to paint pouring and I enjoy hearing your thought process- especially when you work through a mistake and when you give your opinion on products, your likes or dislikes ect. -Also, I love your positive and uplifting spirit. You have a natural joy that makes the present world we live in a better place.
LOVE LOVE IT OLGA !!! I definitely need to get some of that mm size chain also to go with the other size I have . Every pull you do turns out amazing & they just keep getting better & better. Your videos are very helpful ...thank you so much for sharing your time & talent with us always !!! Beautiful butterfly and I love the colors you used !!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😘😘😘😘😘💜💜💜💜💙💙💙💙
@@OlgaSoby I only have the 2.4 mm so far but I would like a few different sizes to play around with & see what different effects I can make like with a flower pull & having different size petals within petals ..& just other ideas I'd like to try & see how they turn out. It just looks so fun & the effects of the chains are just amazing . 😘😘😘
This is so so stunning, I have tried this technique a few times but seem to always have the colours a bit too thick. Yours looks much thinner. Thank you for the help. 🙏
Beautiful I love watching you thank you for sharing Olga and thank you for returning my message I really appreciate it 😁👍👩🎨❣️I am going to keep positive and keep painting 🥰 my channel will soon grow
Hey Olga i started doing arylic pour and you inspired me SO MUCH . I was gunna ask if you can make a video specifically on how u mix your paints with mediums because im having trouble keeping a consistancy with all of my paints.
Hello Olga, FANTASTIC EPISODE! Your chain pulls are one of my favorite techniques! Have a great week ahead! Sending positive vibes your way. Peace love dream's 🇨🇦! 💞🌐📷📽️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯🌅🌎💙🌍💜🌏🌄🕊️💕🌌😉
Hey .... You've done lots of butterfly's. And each one is different & unique. Really beautiful work Olga. A friend of mine , his sister is going to try doing pour overs. I told them to look you up. And watch some of your videos.
@@OlgaSoby Your welcome Olga 🙂 I've done around 15 pours recently. I know all about unique and different I guess. I just did 3 on a Linen canvas. And hopefully my friends sister. Really gets into pouring. I think she will have fun. And hope she watches a lot of your videos.
@@OlgaSoby Umm 😇.....The lefty technical technique...lol 😱 Circle , back & forth , side to side , zigzag. The one I poured tonight , a hour ago. No negative space color. It looks pretty awesome.....
We were challenged in a collab to try a Chain Pull Butterfly and boy was it challenging. You make it look so easy and your composition was beautiful. We would love to hear your thoughts on ours!! :-) xx
Hi 🤗 just wanted to ask you, what's the name of the container you use to hold the canvas? And can i use acrylic paint on my metal kitchen sink surface? Can I use resin instead if acrylic doesn't work?
hello, I’ve watched your video a ton of times. I attempted this chain pull tonight and it was a disaster. Doing the chain pull wasn’t hard but my paints were very runny. I think I had too much base coat down too. When you say 70% floetrol, 30% paint....if I’m measuring should I do 70 grams, 30 grams of paint? Also how much water do you add?
Yes, 70 floetrol 30 paint, or you can do 2 parts pouring medium to 1 part paint, that will be about the same. After mixing these two together, I add a little water at the time till I get the consistency I like, so I don't have exact number for water as it varies from paint to paint. Make sure the base coat is very thin for this technique
