I have missed your videos this year as I now have a one year old grandson who takes up a lot of my time ( I look after him 2 days a week ) and he's such a pleasure 😊. He's in a good sleep routine and we both enjoy our afternoon nap lol 😆 xx
@@ElliePolly Glad to hear you've been fine with them, I sent a top before and it sat in the locker for weeks and then after being picked up went missing and was then found with contents damaged, same when I ordered something it didn't move from the locker for a while so I avoid using them now 😕

I don't eat too badly but I don't exercise other than walk. I'm just running around, busy with working in a primary school with kids and then my on to my kids when I get home! I'm lucky as they are 16 and 12 and can do some stuff for themselves! All this must be sufficient enough exercise dont ya think!? 😂 we all feel we could be a bit healthier/trimmer and it's how we feel personally. X

I listened to food expert once they were on about super foods and fads and he said he didn't really believe in super foods apart from milk cuz milk is so good for your bones and brain my daughter has alway drank lots of milk and she's 11 next week xxx ❤
