@@TAlexk Shane is the executive chairman of the board for Ideanomics and is on the board of International Sports Management. He has media connections all around the world and can help AEW get into markets like China which would be huge for AEW

If he goes to AEW I don’t think it would be to become a full time active wrestler. I think he would be working more on the behind the scenes stuff. But I could see him having a good feud with MJF.
Shane would take a lot of weight off TK’s shoulders. He knows the business. That would probably be the biggest hire in the company’s history imo, and I’m not the biggest Shane guy. But that would be massive
I’ve been watching Joe Hendry since before he was in Ring of honor when he was doing PWG and a bunch of UK Indies, and then when I was introduced, the ring of honor was amazed with his talent, and before anybody even liked him, I was waving my hands singing how I believe in Joe Handley because believe me when you say his name, he really does appear
If Shane McMahon went to AEW he could help with writing stories and maybe utilize more talent and for longer. The one thing I don’t like about AEW is they don’t use everyone in a longer storyline. But it is great to have a few big promotions and lots of indie promotions.
It won't make a difference if he joins aew because he is'nt well known for his creative inputs so that move will be a bad move.

You’re right he may have a few good ideas but just like Vince Russo the reason he did so well in WWE was because Vince McMahon went over every storyline.

i can see Shane McMahon become the Head of Creative in AEW to be Honest because Tony Khan is not to good in that Area so Shane McMahon can be the Head of Writing the Storylines in my opinion and maybe he can do a one off match with someone but its better if he can be the Head of Creative so we will see what happens next with that in the future and what Tony Khan will decide to do next with that also too hopefully by then so we will see once it happens that way but i think Shane McMahon might try to take over AEW if thats the Case because Remember Tony Khan is trying to go against WWE which in my opinion he can't do that Unless Triple H and WWE try to find a way to bring AEW Down but i don't think thats going to happen because Shane McMahon is going to be there and probably do it so we will see hopefully

Everyone is running with what JR said on the Conrad Thompson podcast. Jr. said that someone told him that Shane has been in contact with Wrestlers at AEW and it's not that far fetched as you would think. All I'm going to say on this is yes it's possible he did, but is it that far fetched that Shane would call AEW wrestlers that worked in WWE for years. No it's not, he has many wrestler friends, so just because he calls and asks questions doesn't mean he is going to wrestle at AEW. Now if Shane really has an issues with his dad, yeah why not stick it in his face. I know Vince isn't there anymore with WWE, but still. I'm sure it would infuriate Vince. But if he is still loyal and on good terms with his father, no happening.
At this point Vince wouldn’t care because he would want to stick it to TKO himself if it meant screwing over WWPG

They have an agreement with NJPW . Those contracts are valid. Add some spice add the ICW world champion. Or the Rev-pro. New alliances with AEW. The CMLL world champion.
No, it’s time get a rating draw for normal wrestling fans. I understand the love the indies and foreign competitors but that is not drawing people. You have to get that number up to a million first, then you can get normal fans to stick around for the others. Build up your internal talent first, before bring in outside contract wrestlers.

Love to see a heel turn for Joe Hendry on NXT & keeping his face character on TNA, they definitely are thinking Worlds Collide, we just haven’t heard anything over it yet? Love TNA & AEW are doing international ppvs & shows. Shane will be great on AEW helping some advice for Tony Khan, (number one advice Shane should say to Tony not to bad mouth WWE on social media) whether is a once of appearance or full time & it keeps a healthy relationship with WWE

1. He goes back to WWE. (He may already be under a legends deal)
2. He starts a new wrestling company with Vince
3. He stays away from the wrestling business altogether
4. He joins AEW
His wrestling days are over, so he would have to be a backstage role or authority on screen persona. He may be using this AEW talk to create buzz for his WWE return.
