The boxwoods are fine in the planter, They needed to be watered more regularly. You can tell be looking at the leaves. The edges get a bit lighter, then the whole thing gets brown. I have a boxwood that someone gave me that they were killing and watering made all of the difference. I don't even like boxwoods scent. It reminds me of old cat or dog urine. But I kept the plant and trim it regularly. They are the shrubbery used most often for formal knot gardens and topiary because they shape so easily... and we don't forget to water it.
So smart to combine the ikea plants! I’m also sending you sunny wishes! ☀️☀️☀️ do you plan on leaving your covers on all the time and if not, are you securing your cushions to the chairs? (Asking for a friend (me!)) 😂🙏🏼

The boxwood looks sad because they are not getting enough water and they outgrown the pot. So take them out of the pot, trim the bottom and circular roots, give them new potting soil and water them. Theyll turn green again. Great set up.
It's beautiful and I love the fact that it's simple and easy to achieve with limited things. I like to keep things minimalistic so that it become easy to maintain.
