In today's video I am sharing with you guys my physical therapy workout post knee surgery at the gym!!! I am so happy we are able to go back to the gym for my physical therapy.
In today's session, we mainly focused on my balance and it was so much fun!!! I hope you guys will enjoy it as well 😊
Life is definitely different as a new amputee but I try to make the best out of it and I try to keep my life as normal as possible!
