  • ● Use only one eye, Cover your healthy eye.
    ● 1 or 2 feet distance from the screen, depending on screen size.
    ● Keep focus on the red dot at all times.
    ● Full screen display. Try using a big monitor, or a 10'' tablet, but keep your head closer to it.
    ● Dark room.
    ● If you use glasses wear them while watching this.
    ● 20 minutes of exercises every day, twice a day, with your healthy eye covered. Combine with the other videos in this channel.

    thank you so much bro it helped my lazy eye and i’m only 12 so i’m doing 40 minutes everyday and so far it’s working!!!! thank you so much man !!!!

    I love these pursuit tasks, just my speed. The only thing I miss is a small center marker dot or cross.
