Once you master/ become really good in one rhythm game, you usually can play decently in other rhytym games, so you can try to play and focus on one rhythm game to improve your sense of rhythm and basics of rhythm games. Of course, this takes times. Usually this method is better if you play rhythm games that has custom levels to edits with.
I feel like this would be too easy to be an ★11, but you're definitely right that there are easier ★11's than this. I've definitely seen harder ★10's though so I think ★10 is accurate though really hard for one
fyi, what i meant by very simple and easy to read is that its literally just the saws that are making you think it might be too hard for a 10 star. edit: If you've Fc'ed something like Noel or Plume, then you'll definitely able to FC this or even ap it, 100%.
