Graham and Beej have a really great energy in this one that sells two genuine long time friends that are comfortable with each other and their idiosyncrasies.

By universal coincidence, I _just_ heard a reddit horror story last night about a dumb teen who thought this would be a good idea (absorb more nutrients from your food!) , wound up with severe constipation, and ended up having a catasstrophic blowout in a Costco restroom requiring paramedics.

So, what level of Intermittent shitting am I at if I can go two to three days between movements? IO'm guessing Beej's activity is still daily.
That reminds me, when I got on to some new drugs to help with mental stuff, my poop started into that cycle. Like I didn't feel backed up, but I was dropping an iceberg every 3 days. Something in my intestines didn't like that so I called into the VA when every poop had blood on top.
You, uh, may want to consider gentle fiber supplements there OP. That doesn't sound healthy.
@@LexYeen Actually, missing a day or two isn't unhealthy, per se. Couple it with blood or other factors present, then you have a problem. "Butt" you don't have to poop every day to be healthy.
Going 4 days or more without "going" is a problem, and you should see your doctor for help.
@@jackielinde7568 I've had chronic "intermittent shitting" all through my life. I spent most of my life shitting once a week. I spent a few years with normal people shits but it turns out my medication was acting as a stimulant laxative. Remains to be seen what my new rhythm will be. Theres not really a cure for this besides like, habitual laxative usage, which I've been given the go ahead to do if it settles on a rhythm I'm unhappy with.
