I got this game about a year or so ago. It was my first hex and counter wargame and I really like it for it's simplicity and ease of play. I think the entire battle of Antietam scenario is my favorite. Thanks for sharing. PS. - It is a shame that your board was cut or printed crooked. I noticed that the A was cut off right away. I hope you don't suffer to bad from OCD because that could be enough to drive someone mad.
This is a little more advanced than a proper "old school" wargame. Step reduction and routed markers take this a few steps past 'old school.' I have been playing wargames since 1971, so I was there when old school games were cutting edge.

One must take care as the Union entering by the board edge. The CSA can press them there are then the Union has no room to rout there.

Great review. Unfortunately there is a droning noise in the background that is very annoying to listen to and try to hear your voice at the same time.

Hi Kyle, yes your board is not correct. The A in Antietam should not be cut off.
