SCORPIONS RULE! Rock you Like a Hurricane!
One of their best songs, often labeled a rock anthem. 🎸
Klaus turned 75 last May. And he still has a great voice.
Damn shame.....are they in the R &R hall of fame yet ? If they're not , it a slap in the face of rock.
That he does. Saw them in 2021 and still amazing!!!
I've been at their concert a month ago and they still got it 🔥 I was shocked becouse of their energy, best concert I've ever been at. They had so much fun, just like in their 30s
am I bugging? I thought they retired ??
You just reached to the best love song off all time
best german rockband ever!
The Zoo is an awesome song by Scorpions.
Yeah…a MASTERPIECE ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Scorpions RULE!
Old songs about love which are one of the best and legendary love songs in the world
One of my fav 80s songs
Inna,, my name is Kurt, I’m in Montreal Canada 🇨🇦, I’ve been a Scorpions fan since 1984, and “Still lovin you” is still my most favorite song of all time, I’m love all music, but this still remains the song I grew up loving , it was my favourite way back then. And it still is today, my favorite band is Metallica, always has been since 1983,,, love your channel, love your reactions, keep up the great work and being different from other reaction channels,, you’re a breath of fresh air!!! Hugs from Canada 🇨🇦
Germany's finest export 🔥
No BMW love it
And HK’s.
Klaus has an amazing voice. Just as good live too. 🤘
I don’t think I’ve heard this song for over 30 yrs. I had forgotten how great this song is.
It's fantastic!
One of the best Power Ballads ever. This was “our time” the mid 80s…So fortunate to grow up in that era and go to concerts of the Scorpions, Whitesnake, Motley Crue, Def Leppard and on and on and on.
imagine all the songs from this era were done without auto tune. just pure music
Scorpions are my favorite band. They are pure excellence!
I’m pretty sure this is my favorite old school power ballad. I’d read that The Scorpions are the best selling band out of Germany.
My suggestions for other hit songs include ‘Rock You Like A Hurricane’, ‘No One Like You’, ‘The Zoo’, ‘Big City Nights’, and ‘Send Me An Angel’.
I think Rammstein is also on that list, but when it comes to old school rock, Scorpions are on the top. Don't forget about Warlock & Accept, two more from the 80s metal scene.
The Sails of Charon and We'll Burn the Sky are great too!
@@bdoehnerI have never heard them thanks for the heads-up👍
Rock you like a hurricane big hit
Scorpions aged like wine
Totally agree with you, this song is a masterpiece. All elements in this song are amazing.
If you want react more songs of them I suggest Always somewhere and Under the Same Sun .
I’ll never forget World Wide Live Tour! I saw then in 85 and 88
In the beginning of the Band , ( I was 14 years old ) …we see their little concerts in schools. Sometimes we drives with our bicycles 30 km …to see Skorpions live . It was very privately . I love their first more heaviest songs …..fly to the rainbow ect. But today , my first song … is .. SEND ME AN ANGEL
1 of my favorite songs.
IMO, the greatest and most beautiful rock ballad ever written 🦂❤.
"No One Like you" is my personal fave of there's!!!
Me too, love that song.
"Rock You Like a Hurricane "!
Amazing voice they got a bunch of great songs
The Scorpions are a hard rock band. One of their most famous songs is "Rock You Like A Hurricane". But if you are more in the mood for another ballad, I recommend "Send Me an Angel".
i WISH i was there
This is an edited video for their official single, the guitar at the end goes off for awhile in the extended version. The Scorpions have a long and illustrious career, founding members Rudolf Schenker (mainly a beast on heavy rhythm and on 2nd lead guitar, they always had 2 guitar players) and Klaus Meine is still the vocalist. They started in 1970 with Rudolf's younger brother and phenom Michael Schenker (UFO & MSG) on lead guitar. When Michael left the great Uli John Roth took over lead guitar duties for most of the 70s. He would leave in the late 70s to start a solo career. Mattias Jabs would take over the majority of lead guitar duties in 1979 during the sessions for what I consider their best album, Lovedrive, with Michael Schenker coming back for 3 killer songs, the whole album, as many of theirs are, is worth a listen. Do Lovedrive for sure. They became huge in the 80s, selling over a hundred million albums. The Scorpions are a deep rabbit whole, I have been a fan of theirs since the debut album Lonesome Crow 53 years ago, saw them 9 times from 1979 to 2004, they never disappointed and you will find tons of great songs by them. When you get 100s of millions of views on your songs, you must have done something right, they sure did! Enjoy. 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶
Nothing will ever top 80's rock. 80's power ballads were the cherry on top.
Great Song from the best Music Decade ❤❤❤❤
Bellissima più che mai Inna
It’s a great song. Rock you like a hurricane is another great song
Все женщины мира любят SCORPIONS потому, что SCORPIONS поют о ЛЮБВИ!! / All the women in the world love SCORPIONS because SCORPIONS sing about LOVE!!
You don't just listen to the music in the 80s, you feel the music. They had actual talent unlike most today. They loved their music, the believed in what they wrote, and they lived to perform.
Exactly, no autotune, none of that crap. Just pure rock that had so much feeling behind it. It was a great time to come of age.
Send Me an Angel, Wind of change... These are the definite next ones.
They are an incredible band!!!
Oh yes,👍 You just opened a Pandora's Box!🎸🎶 The Scorpions is a Band that changes your life. One of the best Bands🎸🎶 in Heavy Metal Rock History!🎸🎶✌
Thank you for reacting to this wonderful song from my favourite band. To me Klaus Meine is the most amazing rock singer who ever graced a stage. No one can transport emotion in their vocals just like him. If you want to hear an even more incredible example of his stunning vocals, listen to We'll burn the Sky, 1978 Musikladen version. That one just blows you away. Other brilliant examples are In Trance, Send me an Angel, Always Somewhere. That man's voice is incredible.
Hai perfettamente ragione...il numero uno
Scorpions are a German band, so Winds of change is written from a deeply personal point of view, considering they wrote it shortly after the Berlin Wall came down. If you didn't know that before, this knowledge will give you a new perspective on the song.
This song makes this grown a** man cry every time
When the smoke is going down is good too
Scorpions - Send me a Angel
THIS SONG says it all/ SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, it's FLAWLESS to me 😊
Seen them at monsters of rock concert and they stole the show !!! Awesome in concert!!!
Me too, epic show.
Una de las mejores bandas y una de las mejores voces 🔥
Qué recuerdos de la infancia!!❤
si
My suggestions: Send me an angel, Dust in the wind, Big cities nights, You and I, Rock you like a hurricane, Tease me please me, Humanity, Always somewhere
Scorpions came from Hanover, (West) Germany... they are the longest-running German rock band and easily the most commercially successful from the country w/ a global fanbase from Asia to South America. The band's sound was hard rock, but they also recorded a string of ballads that brought in the women... "Still lovin' you" was 1 of their most successful singles from 1984 from their biggest record 'Love at first sting'.
The Scorpions have a long history, formed as a 'beat rock' combo in 1965 by Rudolf Schenker (guitar) who was their original singer as well... he was inspired by the British rock bands like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Who, etc... Rudolf met Klaus Meine (vocals) who was singing in another local band called Mushrooms, and the 2 became close friends... When Mushrooms needed a guitarist, Rudolf recommended his 14 yr-old younger brother Michael Schenker for the band.
Eventually, Klaus and Michael joined the Scorpions around 1970, w/ Klaus Meine taking over lead vocals from Rudolf Schenker ... They heard the jazzy blues rock by Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Led Zeppelin... and wrote songs in that style and opted to sing in English to get more appeal in Europe... In 1973, Michael Schenker left the band to join UK rockers U.F.O. and the Scorpions broke up.
Using the name Scorpions, Klaus and Rudolf got a new line-up in 1974 w/ Ulrich Roth (now Uli Jon Roth) on lead guitar and Francis Buccholz (bass), and played a more melodic hard rock music w/ the album 'Fly to the Rainbow'... Scorpions went through a few drummers until Herman Rarebell (drums) joined in 1977. They released a string of albums in the 70's and finally got a major tour of Japan in 1978, which was recorded for a live album 'Tokyo Tapes' in 1978... However, Ulrich Roth quit the band that year... Michael Schenker briefly rejoined in 1979, but left after recording the album 'Lovedrive'... Matthias Jabs (lead guitar) joined the Scorpions and became a permanent member as they toured America for the first time in 1979 supporting the 'Lovedrive' album...
Scorpions evolved in the 80's into an arena rock band and scored a string of platinum records and hit singles that made them dominate the 80's and early 90's... selling millions of records worldwide.
However, the arrival of 90's grunge rock cause the decline of 80's rock and the Scorpions found themselves declining in popularity by 1996... both Herman Rarebell (drums) and Francis Buccholz (bass) had quit the band by then... James Kottak (drums) joined in 1997 and Pawel Maciwoda (bass) eventually joined in 2004 as Scorpions started to slowly make a comeback... Their 2010 album 'Sting of the tail' was supposed to be their last... But after touring into 2014, Scorpions made the decision to carry on.
Mikkey Dee (drums) joined in 2016... Scorpions' latest album was 'Rock believer' in 2022.
They have done KILLER shows in both centuries, check them out at Wakken 2006 for a huge show and retrospective of their entire career, including Michael Schenker and Uli John Roth for guest sets and further jamming with everyone. One of the best Scorpions shows ever!
Staple of my "break up" mixed tape in the 80s :)
Lovedrive, Holiday, Loving You Sunday Morning, Hey You, When The Smoke Is Going Down and all the others mentioned before me.
They were huge back in the day.

The masters of power ballads. A beloved band.❤ You never forget Klau's haunting and nosey voice. Is his mark. Love at first sting. By the way that is also a great song of them too.
I saw them in the first rock in rio. Here in Brasil.
Rock you like a hurricane
Oh dear... This throw me to early 90's, teenage, discos and slow dances with my first crush 😂❤. Oh the innocense... Haven't listen Scorpions for long time. But the are great!
Klaus meine the god on earth his voice enchants you no one can match your vocal power you are Klaus no one and able to imitate you they just have to bow before you with their heads down
You found one of my favorite bands. Yes, the Scorps have lots of songs in their catalog. I'll suggest their song "Holiday".
I think you should really try "Always Somewhere" and "Holiday" if you want to dig in their slow rock songs like this one. Great reaction btw.
Yes and also Lovedrive Holiday and Coast to Coast off that magnificent album, Lovedrive is Dope!
You don't smile like an idiot, you just listened to very good music. The Scorpions are the best selling band from Germany beside Rammstein (and Modern Talking OMG) and succesful since more than 50 years.
Can't go wrong with , Wind of change.
I love his whispery airy voice
Wind of Change and Always Somewhere are two of my favorites from them
Winds of Change is a masterpiece. No One Like You, Rock You Like a Hurricane
More great songs of theirs: Send Me An Angel, Big City Nights, Blackout, No One Like You, Passion Rules The Game. There are many, many more.

Great jam, my fave Scorpions song is the Zoo.
You missed out a little bit. They cut this version short. One of the greatest love ballads out there. 😊
You're quite pleasing to look at
If you love their ballads you have to listen to When You Came into My life live unplugged in Athens Greece. So good.
May i suggest for your listening enjoyment, love drive, the zoo & another piece of meat, all great works of art from, Scorpion
Scorpions if you want to rock has to be the song arizona of the lp blackout give a blast you will love it ❤
Scorpions were good in concert. I saw them Live at the US Festival '83. For me, their best albums will always be; Lovedrive, and Animal Magnetism. Every song on those two is really quite good.
60% of Scorpions' songs are of extreme quality and feelings: "Still loving you", "Wind of change", "When the smoke is going down", "He is a woman she is a man", "No one like you", "Longing for fire", "Are yuo the one", "Time will call yuor name", "Daddy's girl", "Deep and dark", "Hey you", "Edge of time"', "Evening wind", "Crying days", "Polar nights", "Your light", "Born to touch your feelings", "Only a man"...
As a kid I was really into Iron Maiden, Metallica, etc. and I had only heard a few of the Scorpions' songs on the radio -- thinking they were all right, acceptable. When I saw them play at Monsters of Rock in front of 50,000 people and do it perfectly live, I gained enormous respect for them, and discovering their 20 or so albums after that was freakin' wonderful. Yes, one of the very best bands ever.
I recommend "no one like you" next. Cheers 🥂 🎉
To hear "The Zoo" from the Scorpions,, also look them up in the "Mosco Music Peace Festivale the Scorpions ROCKED>
