I’ve been struggling for years with health anxiety, but the last few months I’ve spiraled downwards really badly. Got back on medicine and therapy but my main trigger is cancer like you’ve said yours used to be. I find so much comfort in your videos. Thank you.

Maybe ths will change yo mind... we ALL get cancer since the time we are born... our bodies just destroy them everyday thru our immune system. It's not really the cancer , it's actually the fear that keeps u worried that it's a death sentence. I bet if they have a cure tomorrow u will be happy and releived. Guess what? Something else sooner or later will put fear in your mind...something new. It's a never ending cycle. Accept and move on.

If you don’t want cancer get your vitamins checked. Having low vitamins in your system can cause cancer and many more illnesses.

I would not to give advise about what causes cancer or not to someone who’s afraid of it unless you’re their doctor. This just increases fear

I thank you for trying to help people. Anxiety is horrible. One thing that helps me is the attitude of gratitude is fortitude. Every single time you go down the rabbit hole, stop and think of 1 thing you are grateful for. Even if it's just one thing, think of it. Hold onto that thought for as long as possible. It won't always work, but it works mote often than not. Definitely helps more than googling.

My experience with health anxiety is so severe that I often pray I won't wake up. I used to go to my doctor for every single symptom and now I'm terrified of going to the doctor. As much as I hate medication, I wish there was something that could make me suddenly snap out of this. You are so blessed to have found relief and be able to help other people 💓

@@s.sflower Yes, this is currently me. I'm actually having a few concerns but so incredibly scared and now finding it hard to carry out my day. It's really sad 😔 I hope you are well no matter what❤️ God bless you.

@@lynnsq wow, thanks so much for replying to me... it's crazy cus I'm legit going through the same things. I do feel some symptoms that I want to get checked out but I just CAN'T! I can't call my doctor to make an appt, I can't imagine myself going through it. Then the anticipation on waiting for the actual day to arrive, waiting in fear to actually get seen, laying down in the table ughhhh. Thennn the worst of the worst is when the doctor is examining you in pure silence then actually waiting for the results. My husband is tired of me always complaining and I don't blame him, I'm annoyed with even myself. Idk what to do, I really don't.
God bless you too 💕 thank you for even writing back.

@@lynnsq and yes it is hard to carry on with the day. Like right now I had to go out to do a few errands which is fine so I can get distracted but then these thoughts just pop in my head, I feel brain fog and just off... I started breaking down in tears talking to my husband on the phone. I feel like I look crazy!!! 😖😣 I've been trying breathing techniques which do help to calm me down but they don't get rid of my actual physical symptoms... I know I need to get checked out but I just can't 😣

@@s.sflower I can identify with everything you're saying. I'm not married but I constantly tell my friends and family about my fears of illness and ask for reassurance. Of course it helps for a moment but they aren't doctors so the fear just returns. Lately I'm so fearful that I'm not eating much. Its awful. Please feel free to reach out to me if ever you need to vent. I definitely understand how hard this is.❤️

I've been suffering from ALS/MS - health anxiety. I've always been a hypocondriac but lately my worrying has gotten so out of control that I can't stop seeking reassurance or taking a look at my extremities to see any sign of atrophy. I've also been experiencing percieved weakness and twitches which I never had before. I always come to your videos to calm myself down and not let this constant over thinking ruin my life. Thank you so much for your support

I have sarcoma health anxiety, because of this seemingly malignant lump on the side of my index finger, and it's incredibly debilitating 🥲.
Gone to the doctors to get it checked out, and they performed an external analysis of it (not quite a biopsy, but essentially prodding around it and finding stuff out?)
They insisted that it is most likely not of concern, but I doubt that, and I fear that they either missed something or they didn't analyse it properly, and it's stressin' me out 🥲.
I've learnt to at the very least, not try and prod it and mess with it, and I've diminished my symptom searching tendancies.
I just hope I am not suffering from something, at all. Nobody wants that. Nobody wants to suffer, and thus no one deserves to.
I'm only 18 this year 🥲. I got a lot to live for. I can't let, this thing get a hold of me.
Cherelle, your videos have been incredibly helpful, and they have helped me in steeling my mindset on how to properly face any physical symptoms I may experience in my body.
God bless you, and this community ❤

When I quit smoking weed anything that I did my heart rate will go up. Even showering it will go up to 140 and it will scare me. I kept on googling the withdrawal symptoms which aren’t bad like other drug withdrawals but if still was uncomfortable. I was scared to either feel dizzy or faint while showering but cold showers helped if I felt like that. Now my heart rate when showering goes to 110 or 115 because my withdrawals ended but I still have to deal with vitamin d deficiency which can cause heart palpitations by doing anything
