    Ronnie Coleman pushed his body well beyond its physical limits, even after multiple surgeries.

    It is such a supreme irony that the quest to attain that chiseled bulk of a professional bodybuilder has led so many people down a road where steroids and other cancer-causing chemicals are abused until the point of no return has been passed, resulting in an appearance that is the absolute antithesis of robust health, with many such individuals winding up dead long before their time.

    I had a laberal tear in my left shoulder. I still lift as heavy as possible at 59 years old (90 lb dumbells, etc. My left shoulder hurts sometimes. I tell my wife, "Let me enjoy this (pain) for a while." She just laughs.😅

      True! I mean there's building a great body and feeling fit and well and then there's destroying your body by just asking too much of it. Age and wear and tear always win if you push it too hard!

    Hypokalemia = low serum potassium, not intracellular potassium. Not sure why you'd spout off medical info if it's completely wrong (and easily looked up).

    • @kerriganunknown
      @kerriganunknown 5 місяців тому

      It generally means low potassium. So both are correct.

    • @Evadization
      @Evadization 5 місяців тому

      @@kerriganunknown No, hypokalemia literally means low blood potassium levels. The -emia suffix is "in the blood"; it's not a flexible definition. You can have an elevated total body potassium level and still be hypokalemic, and vice versa.
