Roughly they can deliver 10-20% of the shells and missiles per month as China, without counting Russia, North Korea and Iran. The second problem is cost, it cost way too much money for Europeans and Americans to manufacture weapons and ammunitions, at least 10 times of the Chinese counterparts, just like homemade comparing to Temu. Therefore it is not possible to keep up any conventional war even with just Russia. Ukraine at this moment is consuming most of the ammo capacity of the west and fail to meet its need.
What do you expect, energy cost alone is three to five times what industries pay in China plus China has much efficient supply chain and cheaper materials and cheaper labour and subsidies and tax breaks and favorable loans and the list goes on.
