This is really neat, I’m totally blind and they can’t use the traditional Turkish coffee pots that you put on the stove. So this automatic Turkish coffee maker is just what I need and have Been looking for. I recently just started getting into Turkish coffee when I found out about it my watching modern marvels coffee documentary on UA-cam and they were showing different ways of making coffee and then they showed Turkish coffee and I wondered what that was when I started to learn about it. It was cool. I wanted to try it then I found Turkish coffee K-cups for the Keurig Brewer on Amazon and I tried it and I loved it. Period. The only thing that they don’t have is the foam so I can’t wait to get this coffee maker because then it’ll have everything including the foam and that completes it.
Yeah it’s the best one I’ve found for sure. I use a different one at home called the arzum Okka minio. I should make a video about that. It’s definitely not as good as this. Im planning on buying this just finding it difficult to justify 300 dollars on it.
Hello, thanks for your video. I just got this machine and I’m very upset because I spent a lot of money on it and no one mentions what type of grounds to use. I just brewed my 1st cup using Turkish coffee grounds and there were coffee grounds all in the cup, there’s no literature on what type of coffee grounds or coffee this takes. I would highly appreciate it. If you let me know what you use and you get the perfect cup I’m really upset.!
@@abuzar1 thanks for your response. Yes, I’ve had it but the grounds are normally at the bottom of the cup not floating at the top. I have grounds all over the place in the coffee on the top the bottom it was terrible. I did some research and evidently are supposed to use extra fine coffee grounds, which are hard to find at least in America in a Turkish blend. I read some reviews on this coffee maker and other people report the same problem. I hope I didn’t get a defective machine.
@@abuzar1 thank you so much. I appreciate it. I actually ordered some directly from turkey, but they didn’t give me a choice on the grind. I hope they send it in the extra fine grind otherwise I will waste money and have to start over but I’ll definitely look for the brand you suggest you’re awesome. Thank you.!
@@AC-ew2xr let me know how it goes! I only used this machine on vacation and at the Turkish airline lounges. I use the arzum okka minio for my daily Turkish coffee machine. I’ve been thinking about buying it for home use though. Another thing, to get that classic Turkish coffee taste you actually have to buy poor quality beans. A lot of Turkish coffee uses cheap Brazilian beans that have something called the “rio defect”. That’s what gives it that distinct chemical taste. It’s hard to find beans that replicate it because most coffee roasters try to avoid those beans.

Yes. Have you had Turkish coffee before? There should be grounds in the cup. That is normal. Just use fine Turkish coffee, it should be like flour.

@@AC-ew2xr if you’re in America go to any international food store and get Alameed coffee in Turkish grind.
