I absolutely loved this. I got to NYC for the ninth time, so I needed a new way to look at it. Mission accomplished. Can’t wait to see some of the buildings.
Absolutely wonderful!! I watched it here in my phone, then put it on my 65 inch TV, and wow! You are my hero! Thank you so much for your work and enthusiasm! I wish I could go for a walk all over NYC on tour with you! 👍🏽
Great video!! At 43:20, you must've meant the Empire State Building rather than the Woolworth Building as the one that eclipsed the Chrysler as the tallest building in the world. The terra cotta on the building on Pine would have been made in molds, which made it very affordable. A mold was made, the clay was molded into it, and then it would be baked, and the process could be repeated over and over. And because it was baked, it often lasts longer than sedimentary stones such as limestone or especially sandstone, especially if it's glazed and better protected from the elements. The cast iron likewise would need to be sculpted only once. A sand mold would be made of the original model, and the molten iron would be poured into it. And the process could be repeated indefinitely.
Fantastic video, thank you so much. So interesting. I noticed you mentioned you are using a gimbal now, they do take quite a while to get used to. I use the pocket 2 camera for my vlogging, I could not get to grips with the gimbal. Good luck with your channel, I have no doubt you will get many more subscribers.
I feel as if I walked the tour along with you, enjoying the history you narrated with such a cheerful spirit. Thank you!

Yes, I think she misspoke. The woolworth building was the tallest from 1913 to 1930. The empire state from 1931 to 1970.
I missed the livestream? Well this is great anyway so Thank you!
It was my error; I couldn't get the live stream to work so posted this later. (I am still learning.) Thank you for watching!
