Hi. My parents just adopted a two year old baby girl form Cheng Du China. It has been such a huge joy bringing her home after a year long wait. I was very resistant to my parents originally adopting the baby and was so scared of how it would all be. Then I stumbled upon your video. I watched it numerous times with my whole family and it really got me excited about the adoption.Now I can't imagine not having our precious baby Eliza. Adopt is the most amazing life changing thing. Thans for sharing

By far the most disengaged baby ever in a gotcha video. No crying , smiling, a actually zero emotions at all. Easy to see some serious damage on this one. Not once did she acknowledge these people even negatively. Total disconnect

Puti Rayner i mean they are giving the child a better and happy life filled with love, so at that moment when they first meet, it kinda is yeah. the baby will forget feeling uncomfortable in a few days if not hours, but the parents will never forget the first time they held and snuggled her, so.... ha
Yes! He was circling, just waiting for his turn to hold his beloved daughter if he could just get the mom to release her grip. She even turned the little one facing away when dad tried to get near her.
@@elliesouza717 Yes, it takes time. They are swooped up and immediately taken into a room of excited frenzy. So much going on around them and Mom attempting to engage constantly. I get it. Mom is super excited and rightly so but if she can get hold of her emotions long enough, move baby out of the mass of people. Your first gift to him/her could be to calm them and move them away from the noise and mayhem. Just because they aren't crying doesn't mean they aren't overwhelmed.
