It's called cleft palate and she would need multiple surgeries to correct it. It will never look completely normal but at least she would be able to eat, drink, talk normally and also look much normal than now, which will be better for her psychologically & socially.
my heart goes out to the U.S.A. children, it seems like people adopt from foreign Countries more so. LORD have mercy on our Children as well. Hallelujah! Amen.
