Kiki's Delivery Service was the first Ghibli film I saw. I not only fell in love with the movie, but the music as well. Without Hisaishi's wonderful score, Kiki would have been just another ordinary animated film.
I love how for such a beautiful, magical, ethereal, breathtaking, and romantic OST it has such simple and cute title. Joe Hisaishi is a legendary musical genius. 🧹🎀💞 P.S. I absolutely love when the violin hums that cute little tune starting at 1:58 as it builds up before the finale break. It really adds to the fantasy elements of this OST, almost like you're reading a magical fairytale and you're slowly getting towards the finale climax of the story. 🧚♀✨
3:02 is so beautiful. I love how Hisaishi Joe added double stops there for the violin solo it just makes it so god damn beautiful
Absolutely beautiful, just like the rest of the soundtrack and movie itself, truly a masterpiece
Absolute classic melody and chord progression
This is what I've been searching for my whole life
Congratulation im glad you found it 😄

どんなに心が美しい時でも、殺さないといけない決断があるんだろう…。

is this the audio from the movie or Joe Hisaishi's Budokan performance? It sounds so similar to the one I always listen to
