Yaron Brooks explanation is brilliant in its simplicity.

Brook is so good at this, and makes it look so easy. Passionate, intelligent, clear, persuasive. Excellent lecturer. Yes, he avoids some of the thorny subtleties of political economy, but this message is one all students should hear, especially on the virtues of free markets.

None of these MBA students understand what a regulatory cost is. That's even more scary than that they have never heard of the broken window fallacy.

Also Thomas Sowell, one of Friedman's better students. He was in the vid of "Free to Choose" in the question period at the end.

Brilliant as usual. I like the interactive format. As a side note, is it just me or is there a large percentage of beautiful women in Israel? Given Natalie Portman, Bar Refaeli, Gal Gadot and some of the women in this class, I think I might have to move.

This is interesting how, in this lecture, he stops for questions.

Always a one kid that thinks corporations a evil, minimum wage should be $30 an hour and the government should provide for people “less fortunate”.

It's a 1.5 hour vid. How many "thorny subtleties" can you deal with in this much time?

This girl stating that people can't work themselves up is sitting in a lecture theatre working (educating herself/gaining skills) up.Very bizarre indeed.

I love the beginning when he talks about 'the experiemt'. So many ppl do not realize how important the last 250 years have been for human development. Most ppl take for granted the progress that capitalism has allowed for and assume that man kind will always progresseven without capitalism. They think this because they have only seen progress thanks to capitalism. They are naive, and do not respect how lucky they are to have been born into a capitalist system and in the past 250 years.

All slender women between the ages of 18 and 35 are beautiful. At least all the ones who haven't had their faces burned in a fire.

I think the politicians get paid off by speaking fees. The ones they do favours for will invite them back after retirement for inflated fees.

The Parkinsons affected 'tard filming this should think about investing in a simple, cheap camera tripod. Or maybe just lay down the camera.
