Haven't finished watching yet, but section 21 is a crazy piece of legislation! I know NI have had issues with the IRA over the years but that really shouldn't be an excuse for there to be legislation which directly violates Article 8. I'd set up a petition if I were you mate

If serched under section 43 you are not allowed to give your details, if they aresst you that's illegal, you can put in a civil claim

The Sections 21 and 24 need to be repealed immediately -they are clearly abusing it.
This was very disturbing, made me feel upset, you handled it really well and Thankyou for standing up for our rights. This was a disgusting party of officers abusing their uniform, they all played their part and hope you complained about each and every one of them, they are so corrupt, I am disgusted and have zero faith they are capable of doing their job instead of harassing people. If you were on police property, it would be a civil trespass, not a criminal offence.
Exactly the only thing that is criminal when it comes to trespass is aggravated trespass if everything was shut down closed off and he jumped over fences broke down doors and force his way through a locked gate door you name it then it is a criminal offence as you said this is a civil trespass and police do not touch that nor can they do anything technically but they still abuse your rights freedom etc regardless etc

This is tricky. On one hand, the (past) troubles have made security harder to determine. On the other hand, the best way to get over the troubles is to normalise daily activity. Unfortunately, as this and so many channels show "normal" is the abuse of police powers.
At 3:08 she says "nobody's accusing you of a crime". At that point they (should) lose all authority over you, plus the number of times they said "this is nothing to do with terrorism" means they shouldn't use terroristm legislation.
